My name is Blaine Barnett and I have an addiction….Internet Marketing! Seriously I really do.

I have spent more money, time, and energy over the last few years on this addiction than I care to admit. Along the way I have learned a WHOLE lot about what works and what doesn’t work in the world of Internet marketing. More than that I am CONSTANTLY reviewing, re-evaluating, and re-establishing the best practices that still work, that have stopped working, and what is getting the best results at any given time.

You see Internet marketing is a forever changing beast. Search engines (…read Google) are constantly changing their algorithms, web 2.0 properties come and go, new online trends emerge (…think social media), and online competition forever increases.

…what does all this mean…

First things first…if you operate a business of any sort YOU NEED AN ONLINE PRESENCE! It’s as simple as that. Your competitors either have, or will have, and you can fall behind the pack very quickly.

Secondly…the effectiveness of Internet marketing techniques and strategies are fluid. What worked yesterday might not work today, and what works today might not work tomorrow. It’s all about keeping up with the constantly changing trends of the online world.

And thirdly…if you are working on the tools of your business, and you need to leverage your time most effectively, then you need someone who knows about this kind of stuff, to set-up and/or manage this increasingly important function for you.

• I have a Bachelor of Business Degree Majoring in Marketing which gives me a particularly useful insight into how traditional marketing methods can intertwine and interrelate with modern Internet marketing strategies.
